The AWS Comprehend finder looks through the text DocView read for personal data — names, addresses, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts, National Insurance and NHS numbers and more — or for names, organisations, places and dates. Use it to fill contact fields or to flag documents that hold personal data.
Try it
Create a Batch Setup from this template (Batch Setups › New Batch Setup, tab System features), and download its sample documents from the template's card (Download samples). Then: Switch on AWS under System › AI connections. Import invoices.pdf and open a document: the contact details on the invoice fill the fields.
