Besides folders and servers, a Batch Setup can deliver to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive), Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, ShareFile, Amazon S3 and S3-compatible storage (IBM Cloud Object Storage, Wasabi, MinIO …), Azure Blob Storage, FTP, WebDAV, e-mail, CMIS repositories (IBM FileNet, Alfresco, Documentum), M-Files, DocuWare, and business systems: SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Dynamics 365, Business Central, Salesforce, Xero, QuickBooks Online, ServiceNow and any OData service. File destinations can fill columns or properties from the document; business systems get one record per document with the PDF attached. This setup exports to a folder, with SharePoint, Xero and SAP S/4HANA destinations prepared and switched off.
Try it
Create a Batch Setup from this template (Batch Setups › New Batch Setup, tab System features), and download its sample documents from the template's card (Download samples). Then: Import invoices.pdf and complete the batch: the files are in the export folder. On the Export tab, open the SharePoint, Xero or SAP S/4HANA destination, fill in your sign-in (secrets under Settings › Secrets), click Test and switch it on. The field mappings show how invoice fields become columns and records.
