Keywords start documents — document capture template

When documents announce themselves at the top of their first page, the keyword rule needs no separator sheets at all: a page with one of the keywords in its top quarter starts a new document; the following pages stay with it.

Try it

Create a Batch Setup from this template (Batch Setups › New Batch Setup, tab System features), and download its sample documents from the template's card (Download samples). Then: Import stacked-documents.pdf (a two-page invoice, a statement and a credit note, one after another). The batch has three documents with the right pages.

Use this template

  1. Go to Batch Setups and choose New Batch Setup.
  2. Filter by Global or search for "Keywords start documents", select it and choose Next.
  3. Name the Batch Setup, choose the export folder and create it.
  4. Try it with a few of your own documents on the Test tab, adjust fields and rules, then publish it — see Test a Batch Setup and Versions and publishing.
