Accounts payable automation for UK suppliers. Invoices and credit notes are recognised automatically; invoice number, invoice and due dates, supplier, VAT registration number (with check-digit validation), net, VAT and total amounts are extracted. Net + VAT must equal the total, duplicates in a batch are flagged and documents that pass every check go straight through to export.
