Four-eyes rule — document capture template

The four-eyes rule keeps steps apart: whoever worked on a batch in Validation cannot open it in Verify — another operator must. Set it on a step with "Must be someone other than in".

Try it

Create a Batch Setup from this template (Batch Setups › New Batch Setup, tab System features), and download its sample documents from the template's card (Download samples). Then: Import invoices.pdf, complete Validation, then try to open the batch in Verify: it is shown but cannot be opened by you. Sign in as another user to verify it.
