Customer onboarding / KYC (Europe) — document capture template

Customer due diligence under the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives: national identity cards, passports, residence permits and proof of address are classified and read (name, date of birth, nationality, document number, expiry, address, IBAN). Expired documents are rejected and every batch is verified by a second person.

Use this template

Go to Batch Setups and choose New Batch Setup.
Filter by Europe or search for "Customer onboarding / KYC (Europe)", select it and choose Next.
Name the Batch Setup, choose the export folder and create it.
Try it with a few of your own documents on the Test tab, adjust fields and rules, then publish it — see Test a Batch Setup and Versions and publishing.
