Customer onboarding / KYC (UK) — document capture template

Know-your-customer checks under the UK Money Laundering Regulations: passports, driving licences, utility bills, council tax bills and bank statements are classified; name, date of birth, document number, expiry date (expired documents are rejected), address and postcode are captured, and proof of address must be recent. A second person verifies every batch.

Use this template

Go to Batch Setups and choose New Batch Setup.
Filter by UK or search for "Customer onboarding / KYC (UK)", select it and choose Next.
Name the Batch Setup, choose the export folder and create it.
Try it with a few of your own documents on the Test tab, adjust fields and rules, then publish it — see Test a Batch Setup and Versions and publishing.
